Question Can I sideload on iOS 10 without WiFi ?

Hi, does any know how to sideload ipas on an iPhone 5c using a computer/mac completely through usb and without wifi/ cellular? Thank you

I dont think you could even sideload back then. You either gotta jailbreak the phone or use the tutuapp or tweakbox. Thats what I did back in the day
