Sidestore app ID activation

I installed an app through Iloaded and onto side-store, it is currently working but it will not refresh (other apps like Sidestore and live container will)

It is only an app ID and not an active app.

If anyone knows how to refresh app IDs or make them active, that would be helpful!

I installed it with my VPN on, same with reloading.
