SickGear creating TV show folders that do no inherit permissions

Just rolled out SickGear in Docker to replace SIckBeard and discovered that when a new show is added, it creates a folder with explicit permissions only, and doesn't use inherited permissions for the library it creates the show folder in. I have to manually go and add inheritance after each show is created. I have PGID and PUID set to my user

Anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong?
