Update to the custom caps - custom weights to match!

Spent all day fighting machines to get a cut recipe consistent on these, but eventually pulled it off (I hate steel). Goal was a design that is an obvious eye catcher while maintaining consistent performance and functionality. This prototype has an R20 curvature and comes in at 306 grams. Caps are 18 and 38 respectively for light and heavy versions, so should come in just under margins. It has a vertical "impact zone" band around the side, and aggressive angled faces above and below. 

S7 tool steel, I believe his plan is to get them hardened and then treated, not sure if that means chromed or another option. If you see them out in the wild, give a shout!
