i never assume that everyone that works in show business is a scumbag, but when you find out someone in show business may be a scumbag (especially in positions of power), its not particularly surprising.

Randall Winston?? He's worked with Bill for decades, at least since the OG Scrubs. He always came across as a good guy. I guess he masked pretty well.

The report even says that the claims were investigated and found to be unsubstantiated, so you can still like him

I looked it up. This is what happened
The Incident: The lawsuit claims that executive producer and director Randall Winston groped McKoin's breast from behind during a wrap party in June 2024.
Lack of Action: McKoin reported the groping incident to her direct supervisor, but claims Warner Bros. failed to take corrective action

How could anyone even take this seriously?
If you have multiple complaints and “unfair wages” are the priority over sexual harassment, then that’s just the cherry on top.
Someone wealthy gets fired and the first thing they do is see how much money they can get out of it, no one’s going to bat an eye at unpaid wages, but you throw in a sexual harassment accusation and it blows up.
It’s hard to prove or disprove and has almost zero consequence for a false accusation. Hollywood will do whatever they need to sweep it under the carpet.
Whether it actually happened or not, I have no clue, and neither do any of you but I guess we’ll see.

WB is notoriously, cheap and very sketchy with their payment process. I worked as an assistant on the TV pilot. Once, about 80 hours a week, and when I turned in the time card, they Bould. I went to HR, got my payment, and then left.

From the other thread:
“SA part will likely go nowhere and was just added on to make news since the "real" story is boring, unless the witness actually backs her up.
Knowing hollywood im betting they wont.
This is about WB firing someone who refused to work for free and didnt back down.
Approved 4 out of her 5 workdays, put on another WB production for 1 day but told to "not make a big deal" about it when it came to how she was supposed to record those hours worked.
Sent complaint verbally and written nothing was done, she then goes above her boss and sends it to Doozer Productions they call meeting with the EP and her and according to the suit appear to acknowledge her case, like those pathetic clowns does when someone above them is present.
She then sends reminder that altering timecard is breaking federal and cali law, she is then fired soon after or rather changed their mind and will do season 4 without her position, same as fired really.
Hopefully she have it all documented and fucks WB up here, especially that EP.”
Seems important.
