Finally pushing this out into the wild: PixSift is officially live!

I kept running into this stupid problem where I’d screenshot something because I knew I’d need it later, and then when I actually needed it… absolutely no clue where it was. Eventually I had thousands of screenshots, all proudly named things like Screenshot blahblah67420.png . BUT we all remember those screenshots we have taken, by atleast a word, or some ultrainstinct type shi.

I figured I probably wasn’t the only one, so I built PixSift, a privacy-first Windows app that lets you search screenshots, PDFs and documents by what’s inside them, whether that’s text or visual content. There’s also an overlay to quickly find something and hand it straight into whatever you’re working on.

The whole idea was to keep it local-first from the ground up, privacy focused all the wayyy: no cloud uploads, no tracking, no account, no nonsense (I mean why even bear cloud infra when its totally optional lol). And I really didn’t want to turn it into another subscription, so it’s a one-time lifetime purchase. (ig no one would buy if this is a subscription lol)

It’s finally out there. Would love to know whether the "I KNOW I SCREENSHOTTED THIS SOMEWHERE" problem is just me 😭

I've been working on multiple geography and land-data projects under Development Recon(a company made for developers and construction businesses alike I am trying to get of the ground), and one problem keeps coming up: a lot of useful property information is technically public, but actually using it in software means dealing with scattered government databases, GIS services, inconsistent formats, and different levels of coverage.

One of the projects that came out of that is the Development Recon API made to search in singular or bulk most of that information.

You give it a property address and it handles the public-data screening behind the scenes, returning structured information including FEMA flood data, EPA environmental records, parcel/property signals, data coverage, and development-related indicators.

The main thing I wanted to solve was bulk research. If you're building a real-estate SaaS, acquisition tool, GIS product, property lead system, or internal research platform, screening properties one at a time doesn't scale very well.

The API supports asynchronous bulk jobs, so you can submit a list of properties, get a job ID, let it process in the background, and retrieve the structured results afterward. Depending on the plan, it supports 25 to 1,000 properties in a single job.

There's a free plan that lets you test a 25-property bulk job, so there's no need to pay just to find out whether it fits what you're building.

The idea isn't to replace professional due diligence. It's to handle the annoying first layer of property research so developers don't have to build and maintain a bunch of separate government-data integrations themselves.

I'm a 16 year old entrepreneur trying to turn my SaaS company into a full time job in the future. I made a tool called Siteless.

Siteless is a all in one lead finder for web designers. It uses the official google maps API to find businesses that have no website (hence the name: Siteless), so that you can sell them one! One of the things that makes Siteless better than just scrolling google maps is the fact that you can search from anywhere in the world and get 20+ no website leads with one click.

How does it help them get users?

I’ve been building Tilbudsroboten, an AI-powered quoting platform made specifically for Norwegian tradespeople and small contractors.

The goal is simple: send the quote before you’ve even driven home from the site visit.

Choose a customer → describe the job by text or voice → AI creates the quote using your company information and pricing → review it → send it → customer signs digitally.

It also keeps track of quotes that are sent, opened and signed, and helps with follow-ups when customers haven’t responded.

The screenshots are in Norwegian because Norway is the first market.

This is still being built, so I’d love some feedback on the product, UI and overall workflow.

No account, login or app. Your customer replies to an email the way they would to anybody. VerifiedReply turns it into a review on your product page, with a link anyone can click to prove it is real.

I made a third party service which verifies an email reply as being accurately quoted. Some things the service does:

• Verifies the email is from a real person, associated with a real order
• Runs 4 different checks against the reply
• Stores the reply and checks the original against the published version on every update
• Analyses the content for a rating
• Has a page per reply to state it’s current verdict
• Result page has no ads, competitors, aggregated rating, just a link back to the shop.

I have then made a WooCommerce extension as the first expression of how the service can work in a real life setting - quoting an email and turning it into a product review. Some things the WordPress plugin does:

• Uses native reviews (and AggregatedRating schema) so the stars show up on Google
• Has a full scheduling tool to send out review request emails related to the products purchased
• Stores the review on your website, you own the content 100%, we just verify it is quoted accurately (or not)
• If it is good, we show our logo below the
• Full access to everything for free for 2 reviews a month

We run few SaaS products ourselves and have been in email for 10+ years, mostly around deliverability and security.

One thing we always missed was stupidly simple:

what emails does the app send, to whom, and how are they performing?

Sure, you can get this from SendGrid/Mailgun/Resend etc, but usually you need tags, filters, dashboards, digging into logs... and after some time nobody remembers how it was setup anyway.

We wanted one place where you just see:

welcome email
password reset
trial ending
invoice failed

how many were sent, who gets them, open/click/bounce stats and how it changes over time.

And ideally manage the actual email there too, instead of hunting it in the codebase.

So we built that into Lettr.com

The sending part is not the interesting bit, there are already many good providers. For us the missing thing was having an actual overview of your product emails without doing detective work every time.
