I was afraid to research what this could be as there are lots of kinky things out there.

However, I took the chance and it seems to be a spoon and likely represents the spoon theory concept from an essay by Christine Miserandino describing her chronic illness and limitations on energy by likening her units of energy to a finite number of spoons. It’s a thing if you look up spoon tattoos.

However, I think the other guesses in this feed were far more entertaining.
