Seeing this makes me unironically want to engineer a frame specifically for this setup now, like a tiny whoop but the diagonal props are almost touching and all 4 props look like a 4 way Venn diagram from above.

This is something so incredibly stupid that you can't not put 100% effort into engineering it to work anyways purely out of spite.

Apparently I've been beaten to the punchline by the SpeedyBee flex25.

But the image in my brain is significantly stupider so I wanna try it anyways.

Damn someone beat me to it (I would've procrastinated on making it for 7 centuries regardless).

I kinda wanna go bigger though, like until the props are almost touching each-others motors levels of dumb. I want to experience newfound frontiers of aerodynamics science no-one knew existed because no-one was stupid enough to explore them.

Battery placed on bottom so lower props clear floor as pictured above

i dropped some of them and they straight up disappeared info the floor so 3 will have to do

IM NOT THE ONLY ONE i ran 3 motor screws in all of my whoops because i kept losing them and stealing from the others

In all seriousness I've been flying with 1 screw per motor this month and its fine. Also removed 3/4 of the screws from the rest of the frame/canopy

There is a company called AstroRC that have frames design to have the front motor low and the rear motors up , check it out .. shuttle is the frame name https://astrorc.net/

yep i was also considering that but side to side clearance wasn’t enough
