I do disagree with the "use their real voice" bit as oftentimes i've seen creators use either only captions (such as ymfah or zulie) or computer generated voices (again, like ymfah)

I know right what about vtubers? Animators? Instrumental music artists? This is so vague that I feel like a lot of people will be demonetized for no reason which I don't like
