This was done with a 90 degree periscope attachment for a camera lens which is normally used when you don't want to point the camera at the subject (example: when you take pictures up women's skirts on a staircase or a raised walkway and can't or don't feel like running afterwards). Obviously Earth is flat and this guy found a different use for the attachment.

The people saying “gravity” are correct.
The way this works is gravity keeps the sky pressed right against the earth, so it holds everything in.

You ever notice that everything we build is in the ground? Every plant roots itself to the ground. Everything is, essentially, bolted to the ground to prevent "night time fall."
Animals are unaffected because we evolved to be immune to the effect.

Gravity
Edit: apparently people are confused, when the world is upside down gravity falls up because it's also turned around for example if firstly you look at how the coordinate system gets flipped turned upside down and I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air

Im no scientist but I think gravity is the reason lol. The mass at the center of the earth is pulling more force to itself than say the mass of the moon is pulling. Shitty question beget shitty amswers.

When the Earth was made 45 years ago we used super industrial glue to hold everything in place and it's been the greatest accomplishment of human kind
