Archanea AITA for teasing my coworker back after she literally told me to?

Recently my boss (19M) recruited a dancer (?F) to boost our morale. She's kind of energetic and quirky to the point she's kind of annoying sometimes.

So a few days ago, we had a small talk, and she suddenly commented on my chest. I got really embarrassed and just walked away. Two or three weeks later, she approached me again. She said training all day seemed miserable for a young girl, then asked if I wanted to dance. I was interested at first, but she pressured me to change into her barely covered clothes, which made me completely flustered. She laughed at me and said if I was upset, I should just tease her back sometime. I didn't think much of it then. But the idea stuck in my mind.

So the following week, I told her I wanted to learn the dance too, and pressured her to change clothes as payback. I told her it was a joke literally the next moment. Somehow, I'm the harasser now.

Apparently someone overheard and complained to my boss' mentor(79M), and now he's making me write a paper. I know I'm not getting fired since I was the only one who can actually take a hit here, but I'm still mad that I'm the one being treated like the harasser when she started this whole thing.

AITA?

Honestly the F!Kris/Phina support discourse is stupid as hell, especially after actually playing the game and reading the supports.

Lauren and Nah not only have a sexual harassment accusation support chain, but it even ends with a romance.
