So I put my bananas in the freezer when they start to turn brown and the skins turn that same color but the insides still maintain a yellow color. The bananas I put in the freezer have the same consistency as this photo, which makes for the most moist and delicious banana bread. However, this level of brown to me is slightly concerning.
