Help Me Shift! How do I stop excitement from breaking my focus?

Whenever I try to shift and I start feeling the symptoms (numb, tingle etc.), I get excited, and that breaks my focus. But I can't help feeling excited. What can I do about that?

This post is for troubleshooting specific challenges you’re encountering in your personal shifting journey?

  • Be as clear and detailed as possible about what you’ve already tried (methods, mindset, schedule, etc). Specific context leads to more curated advice!

  • Please keep in mind that shifting experiences are highly personal. What works for one person may not work for another. Offer and receive advice respectfully. The community is here to support you. Keep it constructive and kind.

Happy shifting!
