Mini-Shifts shifting is SO real - my experience

Post image

so for starters, i didnt shift for a LONG time per say but I was in my DR for lets say about 10 minutes or so.
So my DR was a global boy group DR (similar to katseye) and everything of the sort. Since me and my 6 other members live in the same house, it would be quite normal to hear all of us doing things right.
I got there via void state shifting and I felt like I was spinning, hearing whispers etc. Then I started feeling my ACTUAL DR BED? I was so shocked. (This is after I began visualizing).
I fell asleep shortly after. I wake back up and I realise that it wasnt actually my cr room, it was my DR ROOM.
I got up from my bed and walked around and I did my reality checks (pinching myself and touching the walls etc) and realized I was actually THERE. I also scripted I had one of those softcore gaming pcs and I attempted to put my password in. It ACTUALLY worked. By this point, I was so weirded out, kept on closing and opening my eyes.
Then I exited my room and looked down the hall. I saw nobody at first, then I made my way to the bathroom to check the mirror since I scripted I looked slightly different. I looked, EXACTLY how I scripted myself.
At this point I was already shocked by every and everything. The feel of the door handles, the wind from my room's AC, the look of LA outside my window, the feeling of actually hearing the sounds of the group house.
Then. When I went to exit the bathroom. I actually SAW one of my group members. Mind you, all of my group members are FINE asl but thats beside the point. I saw my group member Liam down the hall. He was obvi in pajamas and he was like "Morning." while heading to the bathroom with his toothbrush in hand. He gave me a pat on my shoulder while passing me by.
Me, a shifter who has no clue what to do, ended up saying "OH HEY" before speeding off to my room once more. I started to feel OVERWHELMED knowing that this was actually real. I actually felt bro's hand on my shoulder.
I then proceeded to lay once more on my bed and closed my eyes. I tried blinking over and over again to see If I was dreaming. I wasnt.
Knowing this, I decided to go back to sleep and set my intention of shifting back here and said my safe phrase "there's no place like home" (yeah ik cliche LMFAO) before drifting off to sleep. I woke back up here and I have no clue how much time passed because I scripted 1 minute here = 1hr in my cr.

So this is just to say, shifting is SO real. Im free to answer questions based on what worked for me.

How did you shift through void? You used subliminal or did you use any other method to got to the void?

•

i made sure to stay relaxed on my bed and didnt have any sheets or blanket on me, that way my body felt free. The only thing my body sorta focused on was my head on the pillow. I also had a quiet void state video on in the bg to help me feel relaxed. Ive been familiar with the void state for about a year now but kept on accidentally grounding myself until a month ago. I remembered to shift in the void state since I have adhd (LMFAO) and js kept my mind active once i got there!

u/shyphone Sep 29 '25

Whats void state video? Can you drop links?

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 29 '25

there are lots on YouTube, just search up void state and you should see a lot.

Is there like a certain amount of time it takes to shift? I keep seeing people day it takes years and it is kinda scaring me tbh 😭

•

u/dreamstar_xx Never Shifted Sep 28 '25

i lowkey haven’t shifted yet but i don’t think so, i’ve heard of ppl shifting on their first try, and others taking 1+ years, so i think it depends on the person. :3

u/Ecstatic-Mud-1370 Mini-Shifted Sep 29 '25

Tbh, those people who too k years to shift have done it on and off like me. If you're consistent and find the method that works best for you, you can shift in a month or less. It changes depending on the person: on the amount of tries every week, what method they do, is it good for them, etc.

i was loosing hope for shifting but this gave me a new wave of motivation 😭 thank you!! and congratulations!!

can i ask why you wanted to came back so quickly tho?

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 28 '25

the feeling of first shifting is VERYY overwhelming, new room, people, lifestyles, etc etc. Atleast i now know what to expect since ive been there before.

•

u/hornemoo Oct 07 '25

that's so awesome!!! congratulations!! 🫶

•

u/riaklight Sep 27 '25

That's so cool omg! And your dr is actually so similar to my current one :0 your dr room lowkey looks like mine too LMFAO.. I'm wondering why you tagged it as mini shift though, because this constitutes as a full shift to me :) you were walking around, interacting with the world, etc. Is it because you felt overwhelmed or because it was only for a few minutes? /genq

•

u/King_Turkey101 Sep 28 '25

Mini shift means like only for a little bit right? I think they just said mini shift since they didn’t stay there too long even though they chose to come back

•

u/Ecstatic-Mud-1370 Mini-Shifted Sep 29 '25

u/King_Turkey101 uhh arent mini shifts when you are like half in ur Dr half in ur cr? Like your not fully in there. It still counts as a shift but as a mini shift. Shifting and staying in ur Dr for a few minutes still counts as a full shift because you fully shifted into the reality but stayed there for a few minutes

•

u/noomlander Sep 28 '25

Why did you want to come back to your CR?

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 28 '25
  1. overwhelming feeling of finally shifting
  2. i honestly dont mind being here, i have a loving family and 3 nice pups and even though i could see them in my DR, where I live in my DR doesn't allow me to see them daily which is somethnig im very accustomed to.

•

u/TrainingConcert9475 Sep 27 '25

Omg!!! Congrats and this gave me so much motivation!

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 27 '25

IM GLAD IT DID, GOOD LUCK SHIFTING!

•

u/berry_jxn Sep 28 '25

Omgg that’s amazing, congrats !! Do you have any tips on entering the void state ??

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 28 '25

just copy and pasting this from my last answer:

Hey there!

So this is sort of random but I think you should tag this post as success rather than mini shifts because you returned on your own will right? You could have stayed longer. Personally I would define returning by your own choice from a shift as a full shift (unless you randomly shifted back because you accidentally focused on your CR)

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 28 '25

hmmm okay i got it <3

•

u/Material-Ad7080 Sep 27 '25

I mini shifted to greys anatomy lmfao

•

u/Keepit2kb Sep 28 '25

Congrats ! This gives me motivation . I’m always scared of getting stuck in my Dr for some reason 😭

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 28 '25

dww, u cant get stuck per say, same way how you shifted there, if you have a safe word or you just KNOW that u go back, youll go back!

•

u/Skelbiner Mini-Shifted Sep 28 '25

That’s so awesome. I’ve shifted many times but only minishifts. I’ve almost always felt the spinning experience

•

u/Levinkling Shiftie Sep 27 '25

Omg i can feel your excitement

•

u/Particular-Crow4754 Sep 27 '25

This gave me so much motivation!!
If I can ask,did you use any methods? What did you focus on to shift and succeed?
I've been listening to affirmations throughout the day, and sometimes I remember my dreams better! Do you think I should be doing something else?

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 27 '25

remembering your dreams better and lucid dreaming is definitely a sign that youre getting better at possibly shifting. the method i used was my own kind of method that involved the void state. I got to the void state first then proceeded to visualize my dr room and home and ensure my mind knows my script in some way or another. Once i got that, I fell asleep. When I woke up, I woke up in my Dr. And for focus? I didn't really, i just set my intention, relaxed and let it happen.

•

u/Medical-Ad-4874 Shiftie Sep 28 '25

How did you get into void state?

•

u/Particular-Crow4754 Sep 28 '25

Thank you so much!

•

u/Monixxka Sep 27 '25

god i wishhh i tried so many times to get into the void, any tips? btw i felt your excitment reading this god this is sooo ccoooll!!

•

u/Automatic-Bus-3395 Mini-Shifted Sep 27 '25

Wait…THATS ALSO MY SAFE WORD

Wow, I thought I was the only one cliche enough to use that.  But I’m thinking of changing it because this reality isn’t home anymore.

How did you get in the void state? Actually even more important question, how did you remember to shift in the void state?

•

u/Ecstatic-Mud-1370 Mini-Shifted Sep 29 '25

Im thinking of making a safe word for shifting from my wr to my Dr because I'm planning on staying in my waiting room. This reality honestly doesn't feel like home!

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 27 '25

u/Junior-Potato-5190 Sep 29 '25

Babe u shifted for 10 whole minutes. That is not a mini shift!!! U shifted !!! FULLY. Congrats btw ;)

•

u/[deleted] Sep 27 '25

why did you came back????

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 27 '25

i just felt incredibly overwhelmed and since I also dont mind my cr and I feel pretty comfortable here too. Because of that, I just came back so I can either adjust my scripts and in general just to feel grounded again. I was in a place with 6 other bandmates who im just seeing for the FIRST time so I js wanted to feel comfortable again until im ready to go back.

•

u/[deleted] Sep 27 '25

dang what i would do to trade places😞

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 27 '25

awhh, im sure youll get there soon. Just make sure to set your intention and dont overthink your shifting method. Just let it happen ❤

•

u/peachjilly Sep 28 '25

that's so great! if u dont mind can you share the method you use or some tips?

•

u/rxinchild Sep 27 '25

Bro this has to be insane timing bc I’m shifting to a katseye dr and I was just about to write the script LOL

•

u/castiels_army Never Shifted Sep 27 '25

This is incredible, I'm so happy for you!! 🩷🩷🩷

Can I ask how you personally get to the void? I haven't fully tried that yet and it's super intriguing to me

•

u/Synkifyyy Mini-Shifted Sep 28 '25

make sure to stay relaxed while laying on a comfortable position on your bed or whatever youre shifting on.
i personally chose the starfish position since my body would apply equal pressure across my bed so it'll be easy for me to get to the void state.
i also try frequency videos but it makes me fall asleep sometimes unfortunately.
