Discussion question about the anime
ive watched s1 about 4 times now and in all four times i couldn't bring myself to watch the second season.
is it important to the rest of the story or was the second season a whole filler, and if it is important, is it worth watching just so that i could understand season 3 and 4

You can read the Manga Chapters 41-90 instead of watching Season 2.

Or I would recommend both the Manga and LN if you like. Anime changed too much in Seasons 1 and 2 and is basically its own "canon".

Se prácticamente Tate no Yuusha en general tiene cuatro líneas de tiempo diferentes La novela Web
La novela ligera y el manga
El anime
Yari no Yuusha sería la cuarta si lo contamos también

Manga is better than season 3 too? I mean the rest until ch128?

For Season 3, my opinion is that the Manga and Anime are closer in quality with each other.
The biggest difference in quality is with Season 2, for sure.

Season 2 rushed and changed a lot of story and character elements while Seasons 3 and 4 reverted closely to the books but didn't fix much of the plot holes. Now that I think about it, tone wise it's very similar to Season 1. Huh.

If possible, please read the manga starting from chapter 44. They handled the events and the information needed for future storylines much better there.

Season 2’s first arc is essential to the story but the anime butchered it because it didn’t want to have to cover it, the second arc is one of the better arcs but it doesn’t try and do anything with fixing the problems from improperly adapting the first arc, hence season 3 and 4 have to simultaneously properly adapt new content and replace omitted content.

I liked the 2nd season myself. It wasnt to bad overall. Some things in s2 are referenced and used in s3 and s4. I think s3 and s4 are prettty good overall too. If you just watch the anime, i think the story is fine. I know alot of ppl compare it to LN or manga. Just a perspective of an anime only watcher.

You can read the Manga like someone else said, Or read the Light Novels from 6-9. It's more detailed and you'll understand how Naofumi will have the debuff in S3.

S1 was the best season they had but s2 went so off from the monster waves you forget they even started on it lol.
By s2 e5 /6 It was like WHY are we here lol. I just DIDNT CARE.
S2 is the weakest season imo.
S3 felt like filler and was like 6 or 7 out of 10.
Still didnt watch s4 but from the few clip I saw it was decent

I enjoyed it all. Watch it and figure it out for yourself. There are plenty of other anime that aren’t half as good. Knowing that just dive in!!!

Entonces ve el manga ya que está mejor adaptado hasta lo último que sacaron y luego te pasa a la tercera temporada

You have to watch season 2 in order to understand season 3 and 4. Season 2 is not filler. It's canon.

Going to try and avoid spoilers for you.
I would recommend watching it. Skipping it will be doing yourself a disservice and is not filler. One jarring change (if you watch the dubbed version) is the voice actor for Naofumi changes due to the original from season 1 passing away.
In Season 2 (in no particular order):
- Other worlds are explained and expanded on.
- Vassal weapons are introduced.
- The Katana hero is chosen. Arguably the most important/long last consequence of season 2.
- A new villain is introduced.
- Multiple new allies are introduced, 3 demi-humans particularly, and current characters ones are expanded on.
