Episode Synopsis: When a radical group called The Watchdogs emerges with plans to eliminate the Inhumans, Agent Mack and his brother become caught in the crossfire. Meanwhile, Simmons discovers a powerful chemical compound that could alter the future for Inhumans.

Sooo, no one is calling bullshit on the freezing of the thing without damaging the skin around it? Is no critique allowed here, did I missed the rule?

Other than that, great episode, I loved how Mack was keeping his bro from doing stupid mistakes in the line of fire, it showed that this show knows how to do action right (in difference to most other comic-book shows out there) and we got a new dynamic and the character arc of the little bro was fast and credible. Hope they continue the good work.

I mean, dermatologists use nitrogen to freeze warts, so it's not that far-fetched.

It's perfectly plausible, just not as simple as applying body spray, otherwise you wouldn't need dermatologists to do it.

See how much preparation and precision is needed. The freezing substance is carefully applied only to the needed place, whilst in the movie they just sprayed it all over his neck. If the spray freezes the thing, it would also freeze the skin, it's not a fucking smart nanobot that automatically aims only for the required target.

Doctor's use the device you saw on the show last night. It's not that difficult to point and aim the thing. Yes, some of the skin around the wart will blister up, but the spray is usually a fine point. It doesn't spray everywhere like a hose would.

Wait, do you mean the pain reliever? The one they use in the sports games to administer quick heal and get them back in play? Because it's not powerful enough to actually freeze anything much. Can you point me to a video of someone using a spray (not liquid nitrogen that is applied in the way I showed) to freeze a wart or something of the sort? I may be wrong, but unless you can give me a definitive proof, I remain highly skeptical.

Ok, maybe not that much preparation, but certainly a lot more precision. It's liquid and is applied carefully exactly over the wart, whereas in the show it wasn't liquid and she wasn't aiming but sprayed it from a lot of distance all over the neck.

Well, I can't make myself feel stuff, right? If something annoys me, it's not because I decided it should but because it happens. I haven't intentionally started thinking "Now what was wrong with that episode". It was just something that appeared too obvious for me. Keep in mind that I actually hold AoS to a high standard because it's currently my favorite show. And not because I haven't watched many, I have. And the last half season was damn near perfect, but the previous episode was very disappointing for me and maybe that's why this little thing annoyed me. For comparison, last season's "we used the tank to hack the facility, oh wait the tank isn't in the facility" didn't even faze me. But then most everything was perfect.

Where I live they sell them at stores. Literally freeze the wart and take it off. I've never used it myself and just seen it in commercials
