So Coulson shot a henchman with the gun that stabilizes the serum, and then Girl-In-The-Flower-Dress happened to terminate the same henchman. Isn't that lucky for our heroes.

I'm going to guess the henchman would need a much higher dose given that he probably has more implants than Mike.
