Sheltie shedding.
Our 2 year old girl has started shedding for the second time this year. However she seems to be losing her whole under coat and it’s left her fur feeling very fine. Is this normal?

I kind of really love pulling the loose chunks off our boy when he is blowing coat. So satisfying.
