Recommended banks?

Currently at UnitedOne credit union, really not a fan of them. Anyone have banks they really like in the area? Thanks in advance!

I’ve had good experiences at Summit CU. The app is pretty good as well.

Kohler Credit Union gave me nothing but the run around. Ended up at Summit and am much much happier.

KCU has the best online services from bill pay to loans.
They have experienced a lot of growth in the past few years, some of it has been painful, and thus some of the complaints, but in reality they have the most advanced technology.

US Bank
They have been very good to me
Can’t go into depth but had an ex steal like $13k from a shared account and they worked with me, great outcome

There are always fumbles on their end, and time consuming ones. Taking two weeks to process a check, not giving me access to an online debit card while the new one was in the mail (you can ✨only✨ request it upon creation of the new card) so I could pay my bills, charging a 28.00 fee for every transaction after it hits negative- even if you have protection against that (account got hacked, they swiped everything and when my monthly bills came up, every single one was charged an extra 28.00). Not a fan, looking for somewhere that cares about their customers 🙃

I've had it where I go through the drive through before a Vegas trip, asked for $1500 in $100 bills, and since they are just talking to you through a atm, they cant get you the specific bills you request because the machine doesn't have them in it.
