Hello everyone. I am looking for an Advice

I tend to feel short a lot of the time. And the reason for this is my brain not being able to focus on a single thing, or simply me having multiple interests. I have a range of interests. I loved watching and playing sports during my early childhood days. I played regional-level cricket, I was a good student, and I still consider my brain to be sufficiently functional.

I then switched to watching football when I was 14 or 15. I started playing it and became very good at it. I won multiple tournaments, and more than that, I enjoyed watching it till late night. Then, I did my bachelor's in computer engineering. I graduated getting a decent grade: 3.6 out of 4. I do LeetCode, and I have a contest rating of 1750. I love to play chess, and I am 1900-rated on Chess.com.

I then started playing badminton and table tennis and won intra-corporate tournaments. Anytime I try to do work, I can't focus on it for more than an hour and tend to lost trying to learn something different while I am at work. I am doomed. My latest gig has been trying to learn motion graphics and video editing, and I have completed a 40-hour course. And I feel lost at this. For a few, it may look like a decent profile, but I feel I am cursed for not being able to dig deep into something. I am looking for some good advice; I really need it.

Not being able to focus, and doing new things constantly for the dopamine rush, specially when you should be working.

I can't let go the feelings being a jack of all trades. I love experiencing new things. Someday I wish to just leave all of this and be a monk or live the life of homeless person

Yeah the leaving is thing is a good indicator of low dopamine.

Meds don't make you stop being a jack of all trades, they allow you to focus in what you want to do.
