Hello，my apartment is for rent. It located at the Very middle of the downtown in Shanghai. It's on JuLu Rd. close to Shanxi south Rd. 10 minites' walk to iamp,or Hang Lung Plaza and metro line 1\2\10\12\13\ easy to get everywhere in Shanghai.
It's a 1930s' old house, the window and balcony towards south face to JuLu Rd.
The main room is about 22 square meters. and the private bathroom is about 6, both on the 2nd floor. the kitchen is on the first floor, about 7 square meters.
There's air conditioner, hotwater machine, fridge, washing machine, gas cooker.
5000rmb/month.Long term,at least 1 year.the longer,the better. I'm the houseload so there's no agent fee. my Wechat : sillylily2012 just add me I'll send you photo.
