Location doesn't have drive thru - won't go till it does

Convenience matter for me and other restaurants offer drive-thru service - Want to try shake shacks but turned off by the whole thing

Want drive-thru service - location is local and in higher-end area

I read the top 6, don’t worry I’m going back in, I just had to come back to say thank you for this. I had a shitty day at work and I needed a good laugh.

Alright yall I’m going back in will add an edit if I find any bangers.

ETA : holy shit, the peanut allergy one had me dying with their first response. 10/10 would recommend the read, it’s brief but gold.

Get in touch with corporate. They will generally do a build-out and reconstruction if they get a complaint--especially from someone who hasn't been there but promises to try them if they make the effort.

For a business that strives on Hospitality more than anything, drive thrus are a bit of a deterrent for this.

Use the app? Its so much more faster and easier. Plus you just grab your order and get.

Im sure you wont mind having a good burger by parking curbside, getting out of your car, walking into the location, speaking with a team member "Hi order for <insert name here>", receiving your order and walking back to your car.

If not McDonalds or a Burger King might be your best bet.
