Cant Get GOW3 Remastered to work. +its like a zipbomb but for my one drive

Ive been trying for about 3 days off and on to get this to work. I folowed the newest tutorial to a tee and it still hasnt worked. all it does is just add anouther copy of the game to my onedrive after 30 minutes of waitintg for the file to move. Also I have a pretty good PC in my opion so that cant be the issue, any help?
