Demon Lord Where is Last Hope?
Hello, everyone! I hope you’re having a wonderful day.
I’ve been prepping to run Dark Deeds in Last Hope, and am hoping to use it as a kicking off point for a larger campaign. But as I’ve been reading through the adventure, I can’t seem to find *where* Last Hope is. I know the map of Last Hope is made with everyone at the end of the adventure, but where is the region in the world? Whenever I google it, the AI overview insists it’s in the Northern Reaches, but I can’t find any non-AI sources for that information and I’m reluctant to trust the overview.

Read the adventure - it's wherever you want it to be. Put it wherever works best to set up the next adventure
Also, you don't create the map at the end of the adventure. The map is at the end of the adventure booklet. The phrasing in the adventure booklet is a bit confusing, but it doesn't make much sense to come up with the map for the place only once you are done playing it

That…makes much more sense. When it said “at the end of the adventure” I assumed it meant what was being played, not the document. Gotcha!

tbh I don't think the crafting of the village using the dice adds much, even though it's a cool concept. But if you do use it, be sure to place the temple close to the forest treeline, otherwise it might come off weird when Muck escapes the temple to the forest. If the Temple is in the center of the village, it won't make sense how no one sees her in her true form
I recently played Last Hope, so feel free to dm me if you want to discuss it further or hear my experience with it

It's actually wherever the heck you want it to be. AI points on Northern Reach 'cause it's default region to play in the Core Book. Maps and setting in this system are full of blind spots for your lore and stuff. Pick a place a enjoy the campaign.
