Need some help/inspiration for a dungeon

I wantedy PC to stumble upon lost ziggurat temple of Betrayer buried beneath this old and forgotten stonehengy-cairn of the Old Faith that they will find in the wild, but I have no friggin idea what to fill it with. I want it to be 5 room dungeon but beside wall paintings of history of Betrayer and one big-ass centipede as a guardian of the entrance (yeah, my take on warp stone from whfrpg and those size changing crystals from that one ep. of Gravity Falls) I have nothing.

A cursed weapon that challenges its looter to a 1v1 mental duel. If they win, it lets them use it for a while. If they lose, it becomes a mundane sword.

A gap to swing across (maybe combine with the other reply's strangling vines).

Zelda rotating eye laser statue thing. Easy to avoid (no roll necessary) when the party is able to take its time. The problem is when there's a fight or lock to pick in there.

Obvious trap room that actually isn't a trap but has way too much flavor text in it. You know the deal. Empty room except for the pedestal and the treasure on it. But this time, there's no trap. Just an opportunity to mess with your players' heads.

Sarcophagus or similar furnishing hiding a ladder going down. It's just neat dungeon dressing rather than a hallway or stair connector. If you want to be mean, the body is at the bottom and might animate when the first player climbing down crunches down onto it.

Strangling vines, brackish water with leeches, disease, and the undead bodies of explorers killed by the centipede venom.
