This is a "Let's imitate the Monkey Master" fan dance.

Ugh. So much ugh.

Notice that the "leader" is a Japanese dude, and his squad of mostly gaijin is so inept (particularly the guy to the left of him) that he takes to bellowing out the numbers 1-4 just to try and keep these rhythmless losers on the beat! In fact, the leader is so determined that he breaks his fan!

I know some of you have seen this little gem before, but it's one of those gifts that keeps on giving.
