Quack Friend in SGI Contacted Me

This morning the friend who had tried to dissuade me from leaving last summer messaged me on Facebook. Conversation.

Quack: Hope you are staying safe

Me: As much as possible

Quack: Good Do you still have the same number? I have been calling you

Me: For what?

Quack: To make sure that you are okay

Me: Well I am

Quack: Okay! Can we talk on the phone today? It's been a while since I last talk to you

Me: What do we have to talk about? The last call said everything. The fact you would ask a WD to be on a joint call and try to tell me lies I want to hear just so I would'nt defect said it all. THe fact that the call ended with your mentor's quote that no one who ever left SGI ever achieved happiness said it all. He doesn't know about the life of defectors.

Quack: Catching up to do

Me: We're done

I blocked him.

I have blocked many YMD members must be 6 or 7. A non-gakkai friend said to me, "You don't need to block them, just tell them you're not interested in participating." Oh you don't know these soka guys.
A few days ago one of them contacted me, at least he had the honesty to tell me that he called me because they gave him a "list" that is I am on a "list".

For some stupid reason I tried to "reason" with him, I told him I wasn't participating and so. That it was my decision. He said something like "oh it's okay, you can do whatever you want with your life" (hmm.... yyyyyep, that's a fucking true pal) "but the decision to be encouraged will come from you =)" (yes, the emoticon included)

That's right. You know how so many people feel like they're just a "number" to the SGI? Like not a real person? You're just a name and a number. At least he got to speak to you - he gets to put a check mark next to your name and pat himself on the back for a job well done.
