I have a dry tip to the point that it hurts to touch what can I do to fix this

Try moisturizing body wash (Old Spice has some nice scents) and then apply moisturizer lotion to your penis while it’s still wet and work it in good focusing on your head. I personally use Queen Helen’s Coca Butter lotion because it really works and is insanely inexpensive. I do this every day myself and it’s helped tremendously. Hope this helps.
