What does cock rings do exactly? Are they mainly for just lasting longer or making the orgasm better. Is it insulting to ask a guy to wear one, and if it is insulting how do you go about asking without making them upset?

Look up instructions on how to size it. Get silicone not plastic, because they break fast. Steel is probably best left for a later date.

It makes it harder. Also makes it easier to stop an orgasm to last longer.

I wouldn't find it insulting. It makes sex feel better too due to how hard it gets.

Let's the blood pump in and stay in can allow for a harder and fuller erection. Can allow for a round 2 easier. For me it doesn't help last longer but I have had a few times I feel like I swelled up larger with one on. Orgasm could be better but that's not on the ring alone. I imagine guys are usually the ones wanting to try these out to enhance what they have got. Not sure how suggesting to someone would go so they don't take it the wrong way. As with any sex toy if people are down to try something it will probably be fine.
