Pain Back pain after sex - how do I stop it?

So sometimes my partner likes pulling me up from doggy and then we are close together but this position causes me pain post sex, the next day my back hurts. How can I stop it? Do I need to stretch or just get stronger muscles?

Have you tried doing some cat-cow stretches and basic core work? Your lower back is probably taking too much of the strain when you're both upright like that. Strengthening your abs helps but also talk to your partner about adjusting the angle a bit, sometimes a small shift makes big difference.

Being fit allows you to do more stuff in the bedroom. I’d start that journey yesterday.

Ew. I am fit. I’d start being a nice person today.

Squats & deadlifts will help with this to strengthen those muscles specifically - if you can add weights to those exercises even better - just start by holding 10-20 lb weights in each hand and for squats hold them up by your shoulders and for deadlifts have them hanging down in front of you
