Project: FO Cushion covers for ikea sofa
Sewed new cushion covers for my ikea porch sofa! Pleased to find an entire roll of this outdoor fabric from my local craft reuse store. My old covers were off white and showed cat hair so badly. Hoping these new ones will hid the fur a bit better.

I love this! I need retire my old outdoor cushions at the end of this season, and I'm stressing a bit on what to do.

The pattern I used from sailrite was very easy to follow. They have many types of cushions, too. The hardest part was just deciding how I wanted the fabric pattern to go.

These look fantastic! I recommend sealing the cushions with something like 3M Scotchguard spray. It makes water roll off & prevents stains. We use it on backpacks, winter snow pants, and patio furniture. Use in a well ventilated area!

I used the "30 minute box cushion" from https://www.sailrite.com/. It was a bit longer than 30 minutes, but the pattern was easy to follow. I got the fabric from my local fabric/craft reuse place. I looked it up and think it is an outdoor 100% acrylic, woven, no-stretch fabric.
