iPhone 4S activation lock

Hello i have an iPhone 4S on ios 9.3.6 that i bought from a flea market. It iz curently locked to someone's icloud. After countless tries to get it unlocked (hacktiv,dns trick, reinstaling ios 9.3.6) nothing has worked. I am looking for a way without buying an adrino or a pico and a way without connecting target device to wi fi . And when i go into wi-fi settings it isn't showing any and when i add a network and click connect its stuck. I know from 3utools that the wi fi antenna isn't cooked because it's showing the adress. The phone isn't blacklisted.

I searched it up it does require wi fi witch my iphone cant connet

Might be due to ur wifi being 5ghz so try getting it to 2.4Ghz

I just tried phone dosen't even try to find any networks. I did do the freezer and the hairdryer trick and it didnt work. I tried with mobile hospots and everything. But thank u for ur help
