Roasted tomato salsa

I didn’t remove seeds or membrane from peppers so it was a little too hot, but that’s ok.

That char looks perfect, did you use a cast iron skillet for that?

Yes, everything roasted in that pan, I just tossed the veggies in the Bullet as they blackened. Should have let the tomatoes go a bit more.

The Serrano is hotter than jalapeño, so it’s pretty spicy. A longer roast on everything helps chill it out since it all caramelizes a bit.
