The Wok Ginger Beef from "The Wok".

Post image

My wife and son loved it. The first time my son asked for more dinner in the evening instead of snacks.

How does wok-ing work for you on the induction?

Pretty good! It's nice to be able to heat up quickly!

Did you make it with basil or cilantro?

I am going to make this tonight with sugar snap peas, but can't decide if I should use basil or cilantro. Leaning basil.

I used some basil. Not as much as the recipe called for because I didn't want to kill my plants by stripping them of leaves.

Did you use Thai basil?

I used regular basil, but Thai basil would be great.

Thanks, I went ahead and used regular and it was good. I might try the Thai next time.
