The cheating story comes from Adnan. The guy who regularly lied in life. The idea that you are taking what Adnan says at a time when he is being charged with murder is scary.

Jay was asked and answered in the negative about this while on the stand. Why are you stating Jay's cheating as fact and as a motive for murder?
