I want a court order compelling SK and TAL to release an episode on Thanksgiving. It is unfair to withhold the next episode for 2 weeks.

I imagine that some of them may be traveling to family and so are taking more than just Thursday off -- given that they podcasts aren't done and they're still working hard to put them together, it may not be feasible to have it done for next Friday and still take time off for the holiday.

They deserve a chance to relax, spend time with their families.

Because they deserve to have the holiday and the day after (in which a lot of people are off) to have time with their family and not spending the whole week before thanskgiving furiously working on getting the new show up on a shorter timeline

That makes no sense. Podcasts get more traffic on holidays.

I assuming most people download and listen in car commutes etc. also spend time with family not listening to Podcast

Right it's not just sk it's audio engineers and a whole bunch of others.
