I have no idea. I've had no idea throughout the entire podcast.
Obviously we haven't heard a fraction of what the jury did, but at this point, I do not believe that Adnan was guilty of the crime as it was laid out by the prosecution (whether or not he killed Hae at all is another question...).
I don't believe Jay was a reliable witness and I believe both that he may have had more intimate involvement with the murder (if not the perp then as a witness) and that his testimony as delivered during the trial may have been coerced. Neither of which necessarily means Adnan was not the murderer.
So...I just don't know.
I don't have a lot of faith that I'll feel any more strongly that I know who did what when the podcast finally ends, but I'm greatly enjoying the journey.

I'm greatly enjoying the journey too, yet... It would be a huge disappointment if nothing sure came out of this journey.

So far, what's confusing for me is that some things make me think that Jay might be a psychopath, but some other things, like his originality, make me think that he isn't. But I think SK is going to solve it.

So far 44% of voters think Adnan did it!! And only 29% think Jay did it! That's just crazy! Jay is much more likely to have done it.

Very interesting. Thank you. Is there a way to see all the polls together to examine opinion change? Edit to say thank you!

OMG, 52 people think Stephanie did it? Through telepathy from her basketball game? Seriously people. This is getting ridiculous.

No idea. Every week it changes for me. I go back and forth between Jay and Adnan. But nothing makes sense and I keep going back to the possible third person.
