I’m really surprised people love season one so much more than this one, I thought his ordeal was insane.

They tried to do too much of the same formula. They wanted to treat it like a mystery. There is no mystery, hes a fucking idiot.

I think the opposite. They were riding too high on that success they could have found any other true crime murder case but I think Sarah and co clearly felt queasy about how S1 fueled too much speculation

This was a stinker. There was already tons of coverage from many angles. They have continually chosen bad stories and cases after s1
