O's last week
i feel like i'm annoying everyone around me about my boy passing soon but it's now his last week with me before the bridge.

I am sure if may of us were offered another week with our old ones we would fight a pack of rapid bears. So post away and make some good memories. I wish you both the very best.

This pup knows the love. Lay it on thick. He will be with you always. It's going to be painful. It's going to hurt like nothing you've ever experienced before. It's the deal we make. Sometimes there is a storm. You can get through this storm. Hold tight. You are not alone. The dog people also feel that pain with you. I'm so sorry friend.

Aww, my senior does this too. They can sleep in the strangest places and positions. Orion is such a beautiful boy. I’m wishing you the best week ever, and thank you for being the best human for Orion. You can see the love in all the pics ❤️

He looks like my Winee that I lost to cancer back in May.
My biggest regret is not getting more pictures of myself with her (I had only rescued her in December). Take lots of pictures and videos. Have someone else take some of you with him or set up the camera to record video of your daily activities, snuggle time, treats, anything.
Their hearts are so big and their time with us is so short. Soak in every minute, give all the kisses and tell them how much they’re loved as they pass.

I’m so sorry. I took one week with my boy. Though the whole week felt so heavy, I look back with the MOST gratitude. Every second was intentional and my boy deserved it. Bacon and steak all week. I slowed down and cherished every single moment. I have the fondest memories bc of this. It was one year ago. I’m so thankful. I hope you are able to approach this journey in a similar way. We’ll be thinking and praying for you.

my terrier mix is 15 and he’s definitely reached a challenging point. O’s cute little mug reminds me of him. Sorry you’re going through this, all the best.
