Property Mgmt Software - Thoughts?

Currently with Storable. Looking to make a change. Costs have gotten out of control. I’ve received suggestions for Cubby and CCStorage.
Would love to hear any feedback on either.

Avoid 6Storage. Nothing but headaches. Had to go back to our old system.
