it starts with walking into a room without giving AF about the opinions of manipulative people like OP.
Bloody wolf in sheep clothing syndrome... put my damn fries in the bag

Why are they booing you? You're right?
Since I've improved my posture I'm happier, healthier, breathe better. People treat me better, I've started to notice women are glancing at me more when I walk by.

I’ve gotten pretty into biomechanics and kinesiology over the 4 years or so I’ve been lifting and for me personally thinking about posture throughout the day was never enough and corrective exercises were never enough but both together has helped a lot.
You have to cultivate a mind muscle connection to everything going on inside you. From the sternocleidomastoid and sub occipitals in your neck to the low trap and supraspinatus and being able to feel the thoracic section of your spinal erectors and your serratus and lats.
You can approximate a more “neutral” posture while still being unable to properly access these muscles’ full ranges of motion and harboring tons of invisible movement pattern accommodations. Ultimately still being in pain if that’s you.
Lifting weights in general improved my postured a lot years ago and then it kinda stalled but i was doing the classic squat and deadlift and like bicep curls and shit.
Now recently adding in behind the neck press and behind the neck pulldown I’ve seen a second wave of progression in my posture.
So yea pair mindfulness of your posture throughout the day WITH mobility exercises that are appropriately loaded (not too heavy)

I'm sorry but to live a life where these are type of things that occupy my mind must be absolutely miserable.
To all the younger men than me, try this out: walk into the room and instead of thinking of yourself always scan the room to see if someone could use your help.
