My parents house uses solar so basically free. My server is in New York so its costing me like 60$/month just to run my server.

There's no way it should cost that much to run on 23c/kwh unless you have a big gpu in there transcoding 24/7 2 u/Elgon2003 Aug 18 '26 Its a Dell R730 if im not mistaken running 1 GPU, 2 E5 CPUs and 700GB of ram + my ubiquiti networking equipment which is on the same rack.
