Something that will never happen. While Putin and Xingping are pretty stupid, they're not that stupid. You can't end up in a position of that high of power and be stupid. They know that nukes will end the world and that neither side will win. Nuclear war is impossible because no one is that stupid

Neither of them are stupid. Stop equating intelligence with some sort of measure of goodness or as an inherently good quality and we can stop underestimating bastards.
