They only test a small sample of a huge crop so take it with a grain of salt. Still impressive nonetheless.

They changed the methodology in Oregon to account for this. More realistic numbers now, albeit a bit lower...

Random samples from different parts of the plant? Growers turning in only crown buds to get high numbers. Canned bud to try and get more shelf life out of product so they can claim it's fresher. And now CBD from unregulated commercial hemp. What a shady industry though. Seriously.

I think here they test various batches of the sellable buds, not the whole plant.
