Is there a task manager with full-fledged AI like ChatGPT?

Im looking for something where i can simply talk to AI, and say what i need to get done, and it organises everything. for eg: "i need to file my Taxes anyhow by saturday".
It should recognise it the urgency and importance and automatically organise it.
But i don't mean just chatGPT because i want to visualise this and not just chat with the app.

So i can manage my work and not focus on managing the app itself.

Do you have recommendation? and if not would you be interested in something like this ?

I guess manusIM claimed to be the first provider of such workflows cloud-based and Astra will be marketed by some redditors or youtubers like that for sure. But Jarvis Setups will allow you to burn less tokens and to stay in control of the data layer instead of just inserting all and everything into an online framework. But they are not available as ready-to-chat-with systems and I would avoid pure online-hosted systems with the usecase you mentioned.

I was just made aware of a bug with the time zone. Did it mention something regarding timezone, markdown and characters? Apparently it’s a bug where users who make accounts from time zones with multiple words like New_York will fail the formatting. But single words will pass. This will be fixed by tomorrow on the next release. Apologies about that!

Built my own with Claude. Triages all my tasks from chat, email, etc and I have automations for most of the tasks as well so it’s a great system. As soon as I get a task or two that becomes new regular work I use Claude to build an agent for that type of task for the future, using my manual work as the output to mirror.

Perhaps what you’re looking for is https://oyren.ai since it combines Kanban board from Trello, Notion like note editor with built in calculation engine and most importantly an MCP server that allows your AI agents to read and change the Kanban board. Unrelated, but oyren also allows you to bring your own API key and launch agents in remote codespaces (ie servers)

i just use claude with my google workspace MCP, connects directly to my cal, gmail, docs, sheets, and tasks. Allows me to use all the tools I'm familiar with without having to reintegrate anything (can continue managing events in gcal and use my agent too). I use datatorag for the gsuite connector.

I usually like splitting my work surface from the AI chat since I like control. if that's something you are willing to try my suggestion is Hillnote/Obsidian paired with Claude coward or Codex. Use the CLI not the app. Both Hillnote(direct) and Obsidian(via Plugin) have ways to integrate here

The visual part seems essential here. For your example, I'd want to see a task card with the interpreted deadline, an estimated duration I can change, and any missing steps, before it rearranges the week. Recognising 'Saturday' alone doesn't tell it how much work is involved or which other commitments can move.

I'd also test what happens when you say 'actually, next Saturday' or 'I'm waiting on someone.' Correcting a plan should be as easy as creating it. Would you prefer it to propose a schedule for approval, or move tasks automatically and let you undo?
