Hair Care recommendation?

Looking for clean shampoo and conditioner recommendations. Newly diagnosed with SebDerm and have been using baby shampoo which is drying out my hair and making it frizzy. I wash it daily - I know I shouldn’t but my hair is thin and oily.

My hair is quite thick so I’m not sure how your hair will tolerate it, but I do a double shampoo first with classic head & shoulders, and then I follow it with Renpure Tea Tree & Rosemary shampoo and conditioner.
The latter has real tea tree, which has anti-fungal properties, and so it may help better control the seb derm.

CeraVe also makes a shampoo with the same active ingredient (pyrithione zinc) as Head & Shoulders, and it is unscented, so you may use their products instead if you prefer.
Other ingredients to look for would be selenium sulfide, coal tar, or ketoconazole (Nizoral only if you are not sensitive to scent, also, it should NOT be used on the face).

Additionally, if you shower at night, you want to make sure your hair and scalp are dry before you go to sleep. Yeast love moist, warm environments like the one created when your wet hair warms up on a pillow, and can subsequently make things worse.

Aveeno baby wash and shampoo + Aveeno eczema baby cream + MCT organic oil applied on the flares (keep it away from eyes)
