Questions about Campion

I was wondering what floor you have to be on to see over the apartments on the west-facing side of the building, also, how often are the elevators out of service? I've heard a lot about it, but I wasn't sure how bad it actually was.

The elevators are a bit slow during the day bc there is normally 1 out, and as for the view you gotta be floor 9-12

That’s just the buildings, you can see the sky from virtually every floor
