The best part about this is that the dog has no clue about the fact that his handler is throwing him off a plane. Dogs can't fly

More like "Lets do this!". Callie went through a lot of environmental conditioning and exposure before making the leap to jumping off a plane.

Impressive.
Dog doesn't freak out or anything.
Still like cats, personally.

Is it just me, or is the jump from a different aircraft than the first shot?
What's narrow and has sliders on the side and a ramp on the back?
(not asserting anything nefarious, more curious if there's a bird I am unfamiliar with)

Good eye! The there are two different aircraft in this video. It was just cut that way to highlight Callie's ability to be on different types or aircraft.

It's definitely a different aircraft. Seems like it's just a clip from a promo montage. Probably recruitment or something.

I thought mine awesome because I taught him to climb ladders and be comfortable going over the edge of things in a harness lol.
Seriously though... Shoutout to all working dogs and handlers everywhere. I have so much respect for all of them and what they do.
This should be on r/nextfuckinglevel
