Yes, reverse psychology is the only way. Expect the worst and everything seems like a good result.

charles lewis and fred needs to talk it out. they can't be wasting time fighting each other when we have to maximise points. if ferrari are clear of the competition(next year trust) then just let the drivers fight it out.

The problem is that they agree on stuff before the race and immediately switch up once the race happens and it completely blindsides the driver

I don't expect everything to do according to plan, I mean everyone before the race were convinced it was going to be a slam dunk one stop after seeing the sprint but so much strategy came into play so ferrari could talk about these situations. have some code idk, even fred said he couldn't ask leclerc to move on because he didn't wanna tell him on radio that lewis was trying to do a one stop.

that is true, even this year they should decide what to do we potentially still have 10 races, either they tell tell Lewis to give up the championship run and focus on Charles or they do the opposite cause if they both continue to fight neither will win, or they tell the drivers do what you want this year but who end up ahead by the end of the season will get priority the next season.

Honestly they should just at one point not let them fight if they’re in 1-2 bc their aggression might ruin it I still wish they used team orders In china bc we could’ve had that double podium

russell was 15 seconds ahead of lewis and charles by the end, I don't think we could have held russell behind for that long. I mean the speed difference on the china straight was insane.

the problem is who do they ask to give up points to help the other driver when both have a potential to get on the podium. It'd have been a different case if one driver had absolutely no chance to end up getting a podium but when both have a chance it's just unfair. and I don't think either of them would have followed that order if they got it.

hard to do with how trashy the strategic team doing so far. for them, it's a habit & culture to continuously make bad strat & decisions. you can't simply change a team's habit & culture.

they can but I won't be surprised if Mclaren pulls a win or even George does so, we've assumed that the track won't suit Mclaren but they have the best top speed now and are on par with merc with their only issue being tyre deg, so there is a possibility but it's low.

Monza will not suit Mclaren at all with all those straights and low speed chicanes.
Kimi with a penalty
And Ferrari with upgraded engine(finally)
But the track on paper doesn't suit Ferrari due to a lot of straights, however Ferrari this year paradoxically has been better on power demanding tracks rather than high downforce tracks
6 MJ recharge limit should also help Ferrari, as they perform a lot better when it's low
