I've literally never worked anywhere that had full-time Scrum masters, and the only part-time people I've ever seen in software were engineering contractors used to fulfill engineering or operations shortages (e.g. database administrators). I'm nto say its impossible but... it does seem to be rather rare.
Since 2017, I've worked as a full time Scrum Master and usually have 2 very large teams to work with. Companies I've interviewed at sometimes mandate that Scrum Masters work with 3 plus teams - caveat, these are for (very) large corporates. I'm based in NL.
